NTR’s Group Executive focuses on the development and execution of NTR’s corporate
strategy and provides support to NTR’s portfolio of businesses. The team is
comprised of functional leaders, who have Corporate Development, Human Resources
and Finance and Treasury remits, and divisional leaders who oversee the businesses.
The Chief Executive and Group Finance Director also form part of the executive
management team.

ANNA PRINGLE
Group Strategic HR Director
Anna joined NTR in June 2008 with responsibility for strategic support
and direction for organisation and talent across the Group. Prior
to joining NTR, Anna was Head of People & Organisation Capability
for Microsoft International and HR Director for Microsoft Ireland.
Anna has also held senior HR and leadership development roles with
Bank of America.
IAN SIMINGTON
Chief Executive, Solar
Ian was appointed Chief Executive of the NTR Solar Division in January
2009, having served as Group Development Director since March 2007.
Prior to joining NTR, Ian worked as a management consultant with
McKinsey & Company
in Boston, London and Dublin.

O’CONNOR
Group Treasurer/Head of Corporate Finance
Rory joined NTR in 2004 and is responsible for the Group’s treasury
and corporate finance activities. Rory has played a key role in NTR’s
funding and investment program in renewable energy and sustainable
waste management, and in the Group’s successful realisations of its
investments in Airtricity and West-Link. Prior to joining NTR, Rory
worked for Elan Corporation plc where he was focused on the company’s
strategic development, portfolio management, and $4.5bn financing programme.

MIKE WYNNE
Chief Executive, Greenstar
Mike joined NTR in 2001 as CEO of Greenstar Ireland and was subsequently
involved in the development of all Greenstar Group businesses in
Ireland, the UK and North America. In 2009, Mike was appointed as
Chief Executive of NTR’s Recycling Division with responsibility for
providing management support and oversight of the Greenstar businesses.

Group Corporate Development Director
Rosheen joined NTR in September 2008 with responsibility for Group
Strategy, Business Development and Corporate Affairs. Rosheen was most
recently Chief Executive Officer of GE Money Ireland, the consumer
finance division of General Electric.
DONAL CASEY
Group Controller
Donal joined NTR in 2005 as Finance Director of National Toll Roads,
becoming Group Controller of NTR in 2007, with responsibility for
financial oversight for the Group businesses. Prior to joining NTR,
Donal was Group Financial Controller of Jurys Doyle Hotel Group.
